Kumawu Technical Institute (formerly KIST) was established in 2003 under the Ghana TVET Service and the Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET). Located in Kumawu Nkwanta in the Sekyere Kumawu District of the Ashanti Region, we are committed to providing world-class technical and vocational education.
Our motto — "Skills for Service" — reflects our dedication to equipping students with practical skills that serve their communities and drive national development.
